Leukaemia Appeal Bike Ride
On 30 June 2007 Hopkins Young employees, family and friends rode 26 miles in order to raise money and awareness of both the Leukaemia Trust and the Anthony Nolan Trust. The illness of our apprentice David Jacobs encouraged us to participate in this event and in doing so we were able to raise approximately £3,000.
Everyone completed the event, some (much) faster than others and some on bikes with handle bars and pedals falling off! We would like to thank all our sponsors and supporters and wish David a speedy recovery.
